Kathryn McConnell

Music has always been central to Kathryn’s life: studying piano, playing clarinet in the NDSS band, performing in high school musicals and singing in church choirs. Her love of music led her to complete two music degrees and has remained vital to her life, even when navigating the many demands required of an elementary school teacher (LDSB).

Shortly before retiring from teaching, Kathryn decided she’d learn to play the harp. It has been both a challenge and a delight. It gives her particular pleasure to share the joys of this beautiful instrument with others.
